The gastronomic day of faves i pèsols brings spring to the plate

Last Saturday, April 11, the gastronomic day of faves i pèsols took place, an event that brought together 61 diners around a seasonal menu prepared with fresh, high-quality products, in an evening marked by a great atmosphere and a warm reception from attendees.

Traditional flavors reinterpreted in a surprising culinary proposal

The gastronomic experience highlighted the flavors of spring with a menu designed to surprise and delight with every dish. The tasting began with poached eggs with peas and acorn-fed Iberian ham, followed by a broad bean salad with quinoa and scallops, adding a fresh and balanced touch. Next, sautéed broad beans with white and black botifarra were served, a dish rooted in traditional cuisine that sparked great interest among diners. As a main course, guests enjoyed a supreme of wild sea bass, a refined dish that completed a varied and well-balanced menu. To finish the meal, a delicious walnut and ratafia ice cream provided a sweet and original ending.

When gastronomy becomes a shared experience

The strong turnout and participation in this event highlight the interest in gastronomic proposals that value seasonal products and high-quality cuisine.
