On Saturday, 23 May, we hosted a new edition of the Tonyinada at the Restaurant del Club, a gastronomic event dedicated to bluefin tuna and the seafaring cuisine of the Costa Brava. The event brought together 70 members, local residents and lovers of fine gastronomy in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. The day was an opportunity to enjoy a high-quality product in a privileged setting.

Seafaring cuisine as a celebration
Attendees were able to enjoy dishes prepared with respect for the product, highlighting its freshness, intensity and balance of flavours.
The gastronomic experience revolved around tuna, the star of a menu designed to showcase its different textures and nuances. The tasting began with tuna with soy and tomato, a tasty and well-balanced proposal, followed by tuna tartare with mango and avocado, which brought freshness and an exotic touch. Next came fried tuna, crispy and full of flavour, before moving on to tuna parpatana with panadera potatoes, an intense main course full of character. To close the meal, a mix of fruits with mandarin sorbet provided a sweet, light and refreshing final touch.

An experience to share
The Tonyinada has become one of the Club’s most participatory gastronomic events, a gathering that year after year celebrates culinary culture linked to the sea, the territory and local produce.
