Starters that awaken the senses
The menu of our Club begins with a selection of starters that combine classics from our coast with fresh and creative proposals. From the unmistakable anchovies of L’Escala, to a Barbastro tomato salad with burrata, arugula, and pesto, or the gilthead bream ceviche, which adds a more exotic and refreshing touch.
Nor are the Andalusian-style calamari or the mussels, either steamed or marinara-style, missing — dishes that evoke the most authentic flavors of seafaring cuisine.
Main courses: the sea as the protagonist
The main courses are a tribute to the fresh fish of the Costa Brava. You will find monkfish prepared Donostiarra-style or grilled, grilled cuttlefish, and even wild turbot baked in the oven or grilled. All dishes are prepared with simplicity and respect for the product, so that the flavor of the sea shines in its own right.
And for rice lovers, two irresistible options: rice with cuttlefish and local prawns, which captures in a single dish the full seafaring essence of the region, and vegetable rice, a healthy and colorful option.
