On November 22, the Restaurant of Club Nàutic Estartit celebrated its final gastronomic event of the year with a very special occasion: the Boletada. An evening where mushrooms took center stage, and where seasonal Catalan cuisine, the maritime atmosphere, and local products combined to offer a unique culinary experience at the port of l’Estartit.


The Boletada in detail
It is one of the most anticipated gastronomic events, as it represents the culmination of a year dedicated to promoting local products and spreading catalan gastronomy. In this edition, the kitchen team surprised nearly 80 diners with a tasting menu designed to highlight the richness, aroma, and versatility of mushrooms.
The menu, prepared with seasonal mushrooms from the region, showcased the restaurant’s creative and technical abilities. Among the highlights were sautéed chickpeas with ceps and “esparracada” butifarra, fried eggs with a select mix of mushrooms, crispy mushroom croquettes, and, as the main course, a Girona beef fillet accompanied by saffron milk caps with garlic and parsley. Each dish reflected the Club’s commitment to a cuisine rooted in tradition, capable of interpreting autumn with elegance and respect for the ingredients.


A gastronomic experience by the sea
Beyond the culinary aspect, the day stood out for the incomparable atmosphere offered by our restaurant, with views of the Illes Medes and a maritime setting that turns every meal into a memorable experience. The service team once again reinforced its essence: making every guest feel at home while enjoying fine cuisine in a privileged seaside setting.

This Boletada 2025 has been an unbeatable finale for the Club’s gastronomic calendar. From the Restaurant, we want to express our gratitude to all the attendees, who year after year support these initiatives.
