On May 24, the restaurant of Club Nàutic Estartit hosted a new edition of the 2025 “Tonyinada,” a gastronomic event that paid tribute to tuna and the maritime culture of the Costa Brava. The gathering brought together 55 locals, visitors, and lovers of local cuisine, who shared a unique experience.


What was cooked at the 2025 tonyinada?
Throughout the day, various tastings and culinary creations featuring bluefin tuna were offered. Attendees enjoyed dishes prepared with creativity and respect for the product, showcasing its freshness, texture, and unmistakable flavor.
The dishes served were as follows:
- Tuna ceviche – Fresh and citrusy, prepared with natural marinades and exotic touches.
- Pickled tuna salad – A balanced combination of traditional flavors and contrasting textures.
- Tuna tartare – Made with precise cuts and seasoned with locally sourced ingredients.
- Grilled golden tuna – Seared to perfection to enhance its full flavor.

The success of the event was not only due to the quality of the product, but also to the care taken in every detail of the preparation and the passion conveyed in each dish.
