On March 15 and 16, the Club Nàutic Sant Feliu de Guíxols hosted the X Guíxols Cup, which was organized at the same venue.
21 sailors overcome challenging conditions to complete the regatta
In this edition, 21 sailors faced difficult weather conditions, with northeast winds blowing between 5 and 8 knots, allowing all scheduled races to be completed.
Our team, composed of Sara Ayats, Aina Artalejo, and Joan Pla, delivered an outstanding performance, achieving excellent results in their respective categories.
Final rankings of our sailors
- Joan Pla secured a spectacular 3rd place in the overall ranking, establishing himself as one of the top competitors in the regatta.
- Sara Ayats showcased her remarkable skills on the water by finishing 4th overall and being crowned the women’s champion.
- Aina Artalejo, with an impressive performance, finished 15th overall and was crowned champion in the U18 category.
The X Guíxols Cup has established itself as a benchmark competition in the privileged setting of Sant Feliu de Guíxols. Our athletes continue to enhance their skills and strategies, race after race. The excellent results achieved in this edition reflect the consistency, effort, and dedication that each sailor puts into their preparation.
