Fillao: the Club’s flagship sailboat
Embark on a 2 hour sailing trip on the Mediterranean Sea and feel the wind on your face as you explore the Medes Islands from a unique perspective. During the excursion:
- You will learn the basics of sailing with professional instructors.
- You will take a break to swim and go snorkeling in crystal-clear waters.
- You will enjoy a relaxed and environmentally friendly atmosphere.
All of this is done with the guidance of an experienced skipper, who will provide explanations not only about sailing but also about the natural park that surrounds this protected area: the Montgrí Natural Park, the Medes Islands, and the Baix Ter. Our activities are designed for those who value nature. The Fillao not only offers you a comfortable and quiet journey, it is also a tool for awareness: each excursion is an act in support of marine conservation. - Children aged 5 to 11: €15 per person

Kayak: an activity for everyone
Kayaking is a water activity accessible to all levels, from beginners to seasoned adventurers. Our guided excursions, available every morning during the months of July and August, combine sport, nature, and fun in a unique Mediterranean setting. For two hours, you will paddle along the coast of l’Estartit by kayak until you reach the Medes Islands, where you can enjoy a refreshing swim and the opportunity to go snorkeling in crystal-clear waters. An ideal way to explore the seabed and relax in the heart of an exceptional natural environment.
What does the guided kayak excursion include?
- Kayak and paddle for 2 hours of guided activity
- Swimming and snorkeling stop at the Medes Islands (bring your own equipment)
- Life jacket for each participant
- Basic technical explanations and assistance from the instructors

Prices are as follows:
- Adults and children over 12 years old: €35 per person

- Children aged 5 to 7: Free (if accompanied by two adults in the kayak)

- Excursions take place every day during the months of July and August, at the following time:
- From 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM
- This morning schedule allows you to avoid the hottest hours of the day and make the most of the sea conditions for a comfortable and safe experience.
