Autumn awaits you at the Park: celebrate its colors with the activity agenda “Apropa’t al Parc”

At Club Nàutic Estartit, we feel very proud to be part of such a privileged natural environment as the Parc Natural del Montgrí, les Illes Medes i el Baix Ter. This autumn 2025, the Park once again invites everyone to discover its natural and scenic richness with the program “Apropa’t al Parc,” an initiative full of free activities designed for all audiences.

With guided outings, workshops, and volunteer days, “Apropa’t al Parc” is a wonderful opportunity to discover the territory’s biodiversity, understand its management, and enjoy nature in a respectful and enriching way.

What will you find this october, november, and december 2025?

During the autumn months, the Park offers a variety of activities that combine discovery, awareness, and community:

  • Guided itineraries through unique spaces such as Meda Gran, la Pletera, el Rec del Molí de Bellcaire, or Les Planasses i Salpatx, where you can get to know up close the marine, coastal, and agricultural ecosystems that surround us.
  • Participatory workshops, such as sand trap activities on Pals beach, to help form dunes and protect the species that inhabit them.
  • Nature outings, like “Grans mamífers del Montgrí” or “La gran ruta de les aus migratòries,” ideal for learning to identify wildlife and tracks in authentically Empordanese environments.
  • Environmental volunteer actions, such as improving the continental dune or installing nest boxes for tits, which allow active collaboration in the conservation of our natural heritage.
  • Additionally, the 15th edition of the Premis de Recerca Joan Torró i Cabratosa takes place, promoting projects on the environment and social sciences linked to the park.

“Senior Autumn”: nature and well-being for those over 65

One of the highlights of the program is “Tardor Sènior,” a set of activities designed especially for people over 65 from the municipalities of the Parc Natural. The offerings combine gentle physical activity, exploration of the territory, and socialization in settings such as Meda Gran, la Pletera, the Montgrí massif, or the cliffs of l’Escala. At Club Nàutic Estartit, we celebrate these initiatives that promote health, connection, and well-being.

“Apropa’t al Parc” is not just an activity agenda: it is a way to get closer to nature, learn about it, and take part in its protection. All activities are free, require prior registration, and are guided by specialists who ensure that everyone enjoys the experience safely and respectfully. Participating is a way to better understand the value of our territory, promote sustainable tourism, and strengthen the environmental awareness we share at the Club.
