How the system works: user instructions

1. User identification

• If you are members of the Club Nàutic Estartit, you can place your personal card near the reader, which must have been activated beforehand.
• The system will identify you by your first and last name.
• Press the “Accept” button to continue.

2. Fuel and pump selection

• Choose the product you need: diesel A or gasoline 95.
• Select the corresponding pump island. In self-service, these are usually dispensers number 3-4 and 5-6.
• The pump 1-2, which has the larger nozzle, is intended for supplying large vessels.

3. Amount selection

• Select the desired amount.
• If you wish to fill the tank, choose a high amount. The system will only charge you for the actual quantity supplied.
• Check the information and press “Accept”.

4. Payment

• Insert the credit card into the reader and follow the instructions on the payment terminal (POS).
• Remember that once the payment is made, you have 3 minutes to start the operation. If you do not begin refueling within this time, the order and payment will be automatically canceled.

5. Refueling

• Hang the product hose on the selected dispenser.
• Refuel calmly and avoid any spillage into the sea.
• Always keep an absorbent cloth at hand in case of any incident.

6. Completion and receipt

• When you are finished, hang the hose back on the dispenser.
• You can obtain a printed receipt by pressing the option “print receipt after refueling”.
• If you need an invoice, send an email to info@cnestartit.com with your tax details and attach the receipt.
