500€ deposit required during the sailing. It can be paid by credit card or cash.
Once the day’s sailing is over, the security deposit is returned immediately if the sailing rules have been complied with and the boat is returned in the initial delivery conditions.
For rentals of between 3 and 7 consecutive days:

Low Season: from 01/04 to 22/06 and from 01/09 to 30/09.
High season: from 23/06 to 31/08.
Minimum age: +16 years old with parental authorisation and with sailing licence if required.
Meeting point: At the offices of the Club Nàutic Estartit Activities Centre. In the harbour, just in front of the Estartit Tourist Office.

At the time of rental it is necessary to present the ID card, the credit card for the security deposit and the booking voucher. If all the documentation is not presented, the reservation and the amount paid will be lost.
Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days in advance. Before contracting any activity, the client is obliged to inform about possible pregnancy, recent anxiety, dizziness, vertigo, allergies, cardiovascular diseases or any other disease that could have relevance in the normal development of the activity. Likewise, they undertake not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or any other medication that could affect their normal physical or mental capacities. At the time of formalising the payment of the booking, the client and all persons registered within the framework of said booking will be subject to the general and specific contracting conditions of the Activity Centre. The client may withdraw from the services requested or contracted, being entitled to a refund of all or part of the amounts paid to the Activity Centre in accordance with the conditions indicated below:
The Activity Centre may also cancel the activity due to force majeure, abnormal and unforeseeable causes such as adverse weather conditions that endanger the development of the activity. In this case, the client will have the right to change the date of the activity or to a full refund of the amount of the reservation.
