Meeting point: At the offices of the Club Nàutic Estartit Activities Centre. In the harbour, just in front of the Estartit Tourist Office.

Languages: Catalan – Spanish – English – French

At the time of rental it is necessary to present the ID card, the nautical license required, the credit card for the security deposit and the booking voucher. If all the documentation is not presented, the reservation and the amount paid will be lost.

Conditions and Cancellation

Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days in advance. Before contracting any activity, the client is obliged to inform about possible pregnancy, recent anxiety, dizziness, vertigo, allergies, cardiovascular diseases or any other disease that could have relevance in the normal development of the activity. Likewise, they undertake not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics or any other medication that could affect their normal physical or mental capacities. At the time of formalising the payment of the booking, the client and all persons registered within the framework of said booking will be subject to the general and specific contracting conditions of the Activity Centre. The client may withdraw from the services requested or contracted, being entitled to a refund of all or part of the amounts paid to the Activity Centre in accordance with the conditions indicated below:

• 100% refund of the total amount of the activity if the cancellation is made 5 days before the start date of the activity.
• Refund of 50% of the total amount of the activity if the cancellation occurs between 4 or 2 days before the start date of the activity.
• If the cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the start date of the activity, the amount to be refunded will be at the discretion of the company.

The Activity Centre may also cancel the activity due to force majeure, abnormal and unforeseeable causes such as adverse weather conditions that endanger the development of the activity. In this case, the client will have the right to change the date of the activity or to a full refund of the amount of the reservation.
