Last Saturday, April 25, 2026, we held the annual General Assembly, an essential event for the institutional and social life of the organization. The meeting, which took place at the Club’s headquarters starting at 6:00 p.m., brought together a large number of members, once again demonstrating the collective commitment to the present and future of the Club.

An exercise in transparency: the annual report

At the beginning of the assembly, the annual report was distributed to all attendees. This document provides a detailed overview of the financial, social, and management aspects corresponding to the 2025 fiscal year, offering a clear and comprehensive view of the Club’s activities. The presentation of this information reinforces the commitment to transparency and trust between the Board of Directors, the professional team, and the membership.

Proceedings of the assembly

The General Assembly 2026 began with the institutional addresses, in which the president, Jordi Ponjoan del Molino, the director, Eugeni Figa Deu, and the Board of Directors presented the review of the 2025 year. They highlighted the milestones achieved, the projects carried out, and the new strategic objectives aimed at further consolidating the Club as a benchmark on the Costa Brava.

This was followed by the presentation of the audited accounts for 2025, the budget for 2026, and other items such as membership fees and tariffs, which were put to a vote and approved by a large majority.

Before each vote, an open floor for questions and suggestions allowed members to share their proposals, reinforcing the participatory and collaborative nature of the organization.

Closing with flavor and fellowship

To conclude the day, attendees enjoyed a gastronomic tasting offered by the Club’s Restaurant. In a relaxed atmosphere by the sea, conversations, toasts, and moments of camaraderie were shared, strengthening the sense of community among all members.
