This summer activity program offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with nature, explore spectacular spots, and learn more about the environmental richness of our region. During the months of July, August, and September 2025, the Montgrí, Medes Islands and Lower Ter Natural Park opens its doors to everyone with a wide range of activities:

A program of activities to discover, learn and enjoy the Natural Park
You will find guided tours, family workshops, inclusive activities, and discovery days focused on the natural environment. You can walk along the dunes of Pals Beach, observe the wildlife at Basses d’en Coll, explore the coastline all the way to Cala Pedrosa, or be amazed by the sunset at La Pletera. Educational activities are also offered, such as “The Wind Passport”, which introduces both children and adults to the history and landscape of the Montgrí Massif, as well as fun activities like “Adventure Among Antennas” to learn more about the world of insects.

Activities for everyone: inclusive, adapted, and designed for all audiences
This program is aimed at families, nature lovers, visitors, and local residents who want to enjoy enriching and local experiences. The activities vary in difficulty and are adapted to different profiles: from inclusive routes to more dynamic outings to discover the biodiversity of the area. Minors must be accompanied, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that the activities are free of charge but have limited availability, and prior registration is required. It is recommended to wear appropriate clothing, bring sun protection, water, and, if possible, binoculars or field guides. Some activities may be cancelled in case of bad weather.
