On Saturday, April 26, 2025, at Club Nàutic Estartit, we held the annual General Assembly, a key event in the institutional and social life of our Club.
The event took place at our headquarters starting at 6:00 p.m. and brought together a large number of members who share a passion for the sea, sailing, and the future of our Club Nàutic Estartit.

At the beginning of each annual General Assembly, every member personally receives the Club’s annual report. This document clearly and thoroughly presents all the economic, social, and management data related to the Club’s activities over the past fiscal year. This exercise in complete transparency strengthens mutual trust between the management, the board of directors, and the members of the Club.
Proceedings of the 2025 General Assembly
The assembly was structured into four distinct parts:
- Institutional Speeches: The presidency, led by Jordi Ponjoan del Molino, accompanied by the management team under Eugeni Figa Deu and the board of directors, presented a comprehensive review of the management and the main projects carried out during 2025. With commitment and enthusiasm, they shared the successes achieved, the challenges overcome, and the new goals to be pursued in order to continue consolidating Club Nàutic Estartit as a reference point on the Costa Brava and in the Mediterranean Sea.
- Member Voting: A fundamental space for democratic participation and collective decision-making. The active involvement of members reaffirms the strength of a Club that grows with the voice of each individual.
- Questions and Suggestions from Members: This moment of open dialogue made it possible to bring forward concerns, improvement proposals, and initiatives aimed at continuing to grow the Club. This type of exchange is essential to ensure collaborative management that aligns with the real needs of our community.
- Gastronomic Tasting and Fellowship: To close the day, a delicious gastronomic tasting was offered, prepared by the Club Nàutic Estartit restaurant by the sea. A festive atmosphere, toasts, and conversations among friends and fellow sailors strengthened the spirit of community and fraternity that defines us.
