This week, the Club\u2019s technical team took part in a training session organised by ACPET<\/a><\/strong> (Catalan Association of Marinas and Tourist Ports) with the aim of optimising the use of the Business Activity Coordination platform (CAE). The session provided an opportunity to deepen knowledge of safety protocols and improve the coordination of activities carried out within the port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Business Activity Coordination platform is a technological tool designed to unify and simplify the management of suppliers and service providers in ports<\/strong>, particularly in the field of occupational risk prevention<\/strong> and activity coordination<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


This platform facilitates collaboration between associated ports, suppliers and prevention services, ensuring a safer and more efficient working environment. Thanks to ACPET\u2019s initiative, suppliers only need to complete a single validation to operate across all participating ports, simplifying administrative procedures and ensuring that only accredited professionals carry out their activities within the port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal framework and requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The implementation of this platform complies with current occupational safety regulations, particularly Law 31\/1995 on Occupational Risk Prevention and, specifically, Article 24, which governs the coordination of business activities in environments where multiple companies operate simultaneously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


In accordance with this regulation, all companies operating within the port must be properly registered and validated on the CAE platform<\/a><\/strong>. This requirement ensures compliance with safety obligations and guarantees that all activities are carried out under the appropriate safety standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


For this reason, access rules to the boatyard are strict, as they respond to this legal requirement and aim to protect both workers and port users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
