At Club N\u00e0utic Estartit, we feel very proud to be part of such a privileged natural environment as the Parc Natural del Montgr\u00ed, les Illes Medes i el Baix Ter.<\/strong> This autumn 2025, the Park once again invites everyone to discover its natural and scenic richness with the program \u201cApropa\u2019t al Parc,\u201d<\/a><\/strong> an initiative full of free activities designed for all audiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With guided outings, workshops, and volunteer days, <\/strong>\u201cApropa\u2019t al Parc\u201d is a wonderful opportunity to discover the territory\u2019s biodiversity, understand its management, and enjoy nature in a respectful and enriching way.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will you find this october, november, and december 2025?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

During the autumn months,<\/strong> the Park offers a variety of activities that combine discovery, awareness, and community:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Guided itineraries <\/strong>through unique spaces such as Meda Gran, la Pletera, el Rec del Mol\u00ed de Bellcaire, or Les Planasses i Salpatx, where you can get to know up close the marine, coastal, and agricultural ecosystems that surround us.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participatory workshops,<\/strong> such as sand trap activities on Pals beach, to help form dunes and protect the species that inhabit them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Nature outings,<\/strong> like \u201cGrans mam\u00edfers del Montgr\u00ed\u201d or \u201cLa gran ruta de les aus migrat\u00f2ries,\u201d ideal for learning to identify wildlife and tracks in authentically Empordanese environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Environmental volunteer actions, <\/strong>such as improving the continental dune or installing nest boxes for tits, which allow active collaboration in the conservation of our natural heritage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Additionally, the 15th edition of the Premis de Recerca Joan Torr\u00f3 i Cabratosa<\/strong> takes place, promoting projects on the environment and social sciences linked to the park.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    \u201cSenior Autumn\u201d: nature and well-being for those over 65<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    One of the highlights of the program is \u201cTardor S\u00e8nior,\u201d<\/strong> a set of activities designed especially for people over 65 from the municipalities of the Parc Natural. The offerings combine gentle physical activity, exploration of the territory, and socialization<\/strong> in settings such as Meda Gran, la Pletera, the Montgr\u00ed massif, or the cliffs of l\u2019Escala. At Club N\u00e0utic Estartit, we celebrate these initiatives that promote health, connection, and well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
