This document clearly and thoroughly presents all the economic, social, and management data related to the Club\u2019s activities over the past fiscal year. This exercise in <strong>complete transparency strengthens<\/strong> mutual trust between the management, the board of directors, and the members of the Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/cnestartit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Assamblea-General-2025-001-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-50160\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.cnestartit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Assamblea-General-2025-001-1.png 1024w, https:\/\/staging.cnestartit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Assamblea-General-2025-001-1-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/staging.cnestartit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Assamblea-General-2025-001-1-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/staging.cnestartit.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Assamblea-General-2025-001-1-600x400.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Proceedings of the 2025 General Assembly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The assembly was structured into four distinct parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Institutional Speeches: <\/strong>The presidency, led by <strong>Jordi Ponjoan del Molino<\/strong>, accompanied by the management team under <strong>Eugeni Figa Deu<\/strong> and the board of directors, presented a comprehensive review of the management and the main projects carried out during 2025.
