La degustaci\u00f3 va comen\u00e7ar amb <strong>ous poch\u00e9 amb p\u00e8sols i pernil ib\u00e8ric de gla<\/strong>, seguida d\u2019una <strong>amanida de faves amb quinoa i vieires<\/strong>, que va aportar un toc fresc i equilibrat. A continuaci\u00f3, es van servir <strong>faves saltejades amb botifarra blanca i negra<\/strong>, una recepta amb ess\u00e8ncia de cuina tradicional que va despertar molt d\u2019inter\u00e8s entre els comensals. Com a plat principal, els assistents van poder assaborir una <strong>suprema de llobarro salvatge<\/strong>, un plat refinat que va completar un men\u00fa variat i ben harmonitzat.
