Tot seguit es van servir <strong>bunyols de bacall\u00e0<\/strong>, cruixents per fora i suaus per dins, que van ser molt ben rebuts pels assistents. La seg\u00fcent proposta va ser una <strong>brandada de bacall\u00e0<\/strong>, cremosa i delicada, que va posar en valor la textura i el gust caracter\u00edstic d\u2019aquest producte. Com a plat principal, es va servir <strong>bacall\u00e0 confitat a l\u2019ajoarriero,<\/strong> una recepta tradicional navarresa plena de sabor que va completar el men\u00fa amb una elaboraci\u00f3 i intensa. Aquestes jornades gastron\u00f2miques continuen consolidant-se com <strong>una de les activitats m\u00e9s apreciades pels socis<\/strong>, ja que combinen gastronom\u00eda i germanor amb l\u2019entorn privilegiat del port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des del Club N\u00e0utic Estartit volem agrair la participaci\u00f3 de totes les persones que van assistir-hi i fer possible, un cop m\u00e9s, una jornada plena de bon ambient i bona cuina.
